My crazy life has gifted me first-hand experience with the challenges of balancing career and family responsibilities with pursuing my health and fitness goals.

I am a certified personal trainer, competitive powerlifter, fitness enthusiast, and busy wife and mom of three. I love helping others (particularly women) to achieve and maintain healthy, active, and balanced lifestyles. It is my passion to educate and inspire as many people as possible. I love watching them learn and grow and become more confident in their abilities and living a healthy lifestyle. I have trained a wide variety of clients, but my favorites are always the ones who come in with a desire to improve their health.

I have actively trained clients for about four years and spent a full two years at National Personal Training Institute in San Diego, California learning everything I could to better help my clients. I left the pre-nursing program at the local university and began focusing on health and fitness instead. This is when my focus shifted from bodybuilder to health. Admittedly I had a few ups and downs before I found myself in a healthy place. I rigged up a gym in my garage and began spending some much needed time improving my health. While I had spent plenty of time in the gym prior to leaving the military it wasn’t until I had my first son and my physical and mental health were poor at best, that I realized the impact a proper diet and regular exercise had. If you come to me motivated and ready to work, nothing can stand in the way of your weight loss journey!Īfter an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force in 2015, I found my passion in personal training and have been pursuing my potential in providing a better quality of life for others ever since. I strive for clients who want the biggest changes. A typical training session will start out with a warm-up to get the blood flowing, a core/balance/resistance portion when you will feel those muscles pumping, and a nice cool down to bring together all that we’ve done today. Whether is was gymnastics, softball, or Irish dancing, I was always moving! I would love the opportunity to show you my enthusiasm for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
